"If you use the mobile app, do not go to this location. 100% chance they will either: A) Make you pull to a parking spot and wait 3x longer than ordering normally B) forgot about your order completely and you will be served cold food C) make you come inside because they will mess up your order D) All of the above (most likely outcome) High staff turnover here. Which tells me it's an owner/management problem."

"4 vehicles in front of me had to park and wait for food including me. Ask the girl at window they needed a larger parking lot to accommodate pickup orders. She said food was speciality orders. I thought ok . When i got my orders the fries were cold and soggy. Will NEVER go there again. Buyers beware."

"Ordered a 10 piece chicken Nugget meal 01-19-24 around 1:30pm. My fries were old/cold. I get the food service industry. I've worked it for years. I don't like to be a difficult customer, but with how prices are I couldn't let this slide. I went back through the drive through to hopefully get better replacements. They took my old fries back through the window. Huge health Hazzard. I'm not sure what was done with them, but I was handed back mote fries that tasted like they were old and just put back into the fryer. Again, I worked fast-food before, I know this happens. I ended going in and ask for a refund for my entire meal because of the principle of the matter. I'm being charged a premium for cooked potatoes that really take less than 4 mins to make fresh. Taking someone's food back through the window after it left your sight is a health code violation."

"So we had to wait a min to get our food and the lady at the window was kind of rude even though she caressed my husbands hand when she took his card but when the food finally came out the double cheeseburgers looked like a 5 year old threw them together violently causing us to have to rebuild them and the mayo we had added and the ketchup was all over the place bc of this!! When yur running a drive thru be smart enough to knw that the ppl yu are serving are going to be eating goin down the rd and be mindful to not create a mess they didn’t pay for!!!"

"I got one happy meal and slushy. Paid almost 10.00 The chicken nuggets were burnt and hard to eat. I went back and show them the nuggets and I was very polite and said I don't mean to complain but my daughter can't eat these. They're burnt so they told me to park at number to curbside and they would bring out the chicken nuggets. I told them thank you 7 minutes later they brought out another 6 piece nugget which is the second picture shown on here. It looks like they drop them on the floor I will not let my daughter eat them. I'm going to Jack's to get her some chicken fingers this is sad I was very polite and courteous.The girl just handed me my food in my window. And she was kind of rude. I could have been rude back but I'm trying not to be that type of person but that is very very unacceptable almost $10 for one chicken nugget Happy Meal and a slushy they were not kind they were all so rude and there is no one here I hope you all have a good experience if you come to this one?"
