"Came in today for lunch. Lobby was not busy.. lobby was visibly dirty and all condiments and drink stations were not stocked.. there was a woman who had ordered already and a gentleman in line in front of us to order.. took the cashier 10 minutes to take the order of the gentleman before us and then another 5 minutes to take ours. We ordered chicken finger meals, paid and then took a seat to wait for order.. we sat for 20 minutes waiting before I went to the counter to inquire when they were going to make our meals.. I watched 3 people come in and order after us and get their food before us.. I also noticed that there were chicken fingers and fries ready so we weren’t waiting on what we ordered to be cooked!! cashier made my plate and handed it to me. I noticed a hair in my fries so I just asked for a refund.. there were 2 managers on duty at the time but had to wait an additional 5 minutes to receive a refund from another manager that had just walked in but “wasn’t on the clock yet”… the worst experience I’ve ever had at any jacks restaurant and I don’t have a high expectations for jacks in the first place! How this place stays in business is beyond me.. It will be a long time before I give this restaurant my business again.."

"The employees take pride in their job so much that they know their customer's orders, even on a busy Saturday morning. This past Saturday, a customer had an incident at the restaurant and the staff was immediately attentive to the situation and provided full assistance to the customer AND had the kitchen preparing their order at the same time. It was fabulous to witness."

"Jack's is my favorite burger in town! Also love the mashed potatoes and gravy! Haven't really tried the chicken, and I know I should. The burgers are made with higher quality ingredients. The employees are quick and efficient. Everyone is helpful! Use the app for good deals! Thank you Jack's!"

"Total disaster. Dining area is not clean, and there are spilled drinks on the floor with napkins on top of them. Kitchen looks just as bad with a disgusting floor and items piled around. Had to wait over 15 minutes for two big jack combos. Staff seems totally confused and unable to perform even the most basic food service . 0/10, would not recommend visiting this location. My visit was at 11AM on 10-15-2022."
