"A trip past this drive-thru brought regrets this morning. The food was so-so, certainly was not hot and fresh which is what we expect from McDonalds. The employee put the cream and sugar in the coffee (a big no-no) when you're purchasing food for the crew. People like to prep their own coffee the way that they want it; hence one of my employee's was upset about it and thought that I did it. The "orange juice" is a cup of water with a splash of orange juice in it, no exaggeration. I love my O.J. in the morning, this was a big rip off! The employee opened the window, pushed the food out and slam went the window door. I waited another two minutes at the window to get the napkins. They don't put them in the bags for you. When asked about it, the employee said nothing, just shrugged with a silly look on her face. What's up with this McDonald's? Bad service, bad food. Avoid if you can."
