"Very disappointing. Long wait for food and then it was not even slightly warm. Service poor and atmosphere poor. Dirty store. Will not visit again. This place should be shut down. 25.00 for old cold food. SMH"

"This restaurant has become a big joke. Will never eat there again. Got sack full of 12 burgers and everyone was ice cold no one was in the lobby and it was 5 p.m. went in to complain about my order restaurant was nasty looking and only 4 employees. Their inspection score was a 86. This used to be a great place to eat but not anymore. The new management has run it in the ground."

"Always a long wait time, and apparently they close the restaurant when they feel like it. I pulled in to pick up a door dash order and the woman proceeded to tell me that they were closed and hour before they're posted closing time, which is 2 am."

"I was disappointed with the food this time. Apparently they have changed the fries again, I really hope they were just out and were using the wrong fries. I love the fries they had been using. The burgers were way too filled with mustard and thus very tart. The service was good, however, hence the three rating."

"After waiting for 30 mins in drive thru a few days ago, then was told that the " credit card reader" wasn't working... I went back today , and again I sat in line for 20-25 mins. When I finally got my food, it was HORRIBLE, my burgers was dry with literally a dot of mustard and a lil pickle... I paid almost $17.00 for the meals, and we can't eat them... At this point, I won't be returning to the Krystal on Shorter Ave, Rome Ga again."
