"Employees are friendly. They have a large variety of snacks and drinks. They have an atm located inside. They have a car wash that is cashless. They have inside and outside tables for dining. They have self checkout, but it's cashless, and you can't purchase alcohol or tobacco through it. This place can get busy at times!"

"I have to change my review. I have been a regilar at this location for a very long time. Almost daily, Before I go to work and when I get off work I go and get my coffee, some food, and sit in the dining area to eat and drink my coffee. Well after basically being accused of being homeless and kicked out of the dining room before I was able to finish my coffee in the afternoon, I doubt I'll be back. I was flat out told rudely I had to leave. Nearly all the employees are usually pretty nice and great customer service. But to treat me like a homeless person becuz it's wintertime and I am always wearing a hat and jacket, is wrong."

"Sheetz holds a very special place in my heart. It’s stocked with the holy grail of ANY category of snack or drink you could think of. On a road trip? Many varieties of chips, drinks, sweets, etc. Did you forget to pick up a couple of cold ones for your friend’s Covid-19-friendly get together? Just pick something out of their ‘Adult Beverage’ freezer. Had a rough breakup and need some deep fried goodness to fill the void? You’re just in luck, they have a variety of made-to-order goodies just for you. (The mozarella sticks are a must!). The workers are well attentive & do their jobs when they are fully staffed. I’ve noticed that often times there are two-three workers doing a workload that four-six people should handle. There is a lot of multitasking and occasional disorganization that comes with this. Around 35% of the time, I’ve found that something will be missing from my order when going through drive-through. Of course it isn’t intentional (as staff has more than their standard amount of responsibility to juggle), and workers are normally willing to help correct the mistake if you are kind and patient!! Overall, this is a well-rounded and reliable establishment. I do recommend stopping by for any late night adventures or whatever it may be"

"I really like this location as it's one of the larger stores by having a drive-thru window. When weather is nasty and you want something more than the typical fast food restaurant you don't have to get wet going inside. Note: if you don't see it in the self service ordering screen just ask and someone will assist you. They put the "service" back into service stations like it use to be a few decades ago. Only thing I've never asked and would probably get from friendly staff is do I want the oil checked and would I like to have my tires checked. I you need assistance though they will help pump gas even though list it as self-service."
