"Bad service because there was a worker standing looking at us and not ask to take our order they would just stand there and not do anything and just there do nothing THEY BETTER INPROVE THERE JOB TAKING ORDERS this happed on 2-18-24 there were two work just standing there and not do there job and just stand there and do nothing"

"The food was not very good. They were out of red beans and rice so they substituted Cole slaw and it was not good."

"Best Popeyes in the west Georgia area, far superior to the Douglasville store. They at least get your order right and serve it all up with a smile but did have a significant wait today bc they didn’t have ANY spicy chicken up. It’s Popeyes people; it ain’t Popeyes if it ain’t spicy! Then they give me the smallest wings they could find on a 3 pc spicy white. They have gone down some since Hammering Hank passed but still the only one I go to when I need a fix of hometown taste."

"Decided to go to popeyes because we haven’t had it in awhile and when i got my order the chicken was raw. you could tell by just looking at it and the smell was awful. we went back and asked for another batch which they agreed to give but it also came out raw and when asked for a refund they refused because they “already had to make another batch” which again was obviously raw."

"We ate here with a group of 13 and found adequate seating. The place was kept very clean and the food was good. One part of our order was mixed up but otherwise things were okay. We felt the food portions were small and several people went back to order more to feel full. The staff was friendly and efficient."
