"When we arrived, we waited over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. (There were only 2 other parties in the entire restaurant) Our server, Jennifer, was great they are lucky to have her. When the food arrived, my husband's king Crab had a fowl smell and taste. It was very obvious that it was old or spoiled. When we sent it back the manager on duty came to the table to inform us that the crab was perfectly fine and she could not replace it because she tasted it off his plate. (And that the kitchen was closed even with 17 minutes left before the restaurant was scheduled to close. Not only is that strange enough why would she not just say I'm sorry and move on? Instead she wanted to argue her seafood expertise. Even though 5 people agreed it was fowl. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of the management they have put it place."

"This restaurant has only been open here in West Rome since April 2023, so I'll preface this review by saying I've only eaten here twice. On our most recent trip, the service provided by our server (Katy I.) was great. She was attentive to our needs and was knowledgeable about menu options. The seafood was delicious and high quality. The atmosphere is something something the West Rome area has needed for some time. I definitely see this as being a staple in our future dining experience."
