The Change in the Foundation of the Flavor and Spices is Very Noticeable. Bo Jangles is coming to be the Better spot"

"My husband bought me a chicken pot pie on Oct 2nd. The aluminum pan was dented up from the bottom a lot! There wasn't much of the filling inside. At first I didn't think much of it, but then my husband got me one on Oct 5th and the same thing. The little aluminum pan was pushed up on the bottom and there was barely any filling inside the pot pie. I noticed there wasn't much chicken either. Is this location purposely pushing the pans up to cheat the customers or to keep from having to prepare more filling for the pies? Yesterday, I sent my husband to the Fort Oglethorpe location and theirs wasn't like that. We have never had a good experience at the Ringgold location. Something is always wrong with our orders and they never have extra crispy chicken when we want it. Always disappointed!"

"Update... it's been a year since I was here last, but I was craving chicken tonight. Huge mistake. It hasn't gotten any better. The Pepsi was flat, chicken and fries were cold and I asked for crispy and they clearly gave me original recipe. Do yourself a favor and don't... wasted 22.00"

"Visit: 7/8/2021 5:05pm Cashier Parker- From the moment you enter this KFC you can see that the employees and management take care of the business. The dinning room is clean and chairs are in order. The drink station is ready for you to fill your drinking needs. I quickly went to the ladies facilities and was pleased to find that it was also clean and and TP was filled. It is nice to see clean restrooms. Once I was ready to order my food, I was quickly greeted and order taken. Parker my cashier was very helpful in making suggestions as to my specific special needs. My food came out very quickly and was all tasty and hot. The biscuits were soft and hot enough to melt butter. I would have taken pictures of the food but I was so hungry I forgot. LOL Definitely will visit again when traveling through the area."
