"I ordered the 10 piece chicken box in the drive through. They said it would take 15 minutes and I said that was fine. I paid and they asked me to pull forward. 40 minutes later we still did not have our food. I had to get my child out and go in. They said it was just then about to come up. That is completely unacceptable. A customer should not have to wait 40 minutes in a drive through for their dinner. I am not sure if I will return again. Completely dissatisfied"

"The food is good it’s just sometimes very small like this breakfast burrito a child could eat and not even feel it ! The biscuits are hard like it was reheated from the previous day And small as well now mind you i go and get my food at 6:45-7 am every time I go no later than this time no need for the food to not be fresh because they have not been open maybe two hours at this time !!"

"Well on my last review the owner asked what they could do to get 5 stars... start by making sure your employees aren't rude. And can you explain how these are chicken tenders? 3 of the 4 in the box are smaller than nuggets 1 has no meat just fried breading. And the double order of fries, that is 1 order stretched into 2 spots. You can do better"

"First time at this location and second Jack's visit. No different than my first time, very friendly staff and for d cooked to order. Although it's a typical fast food menu, their quality and value seems a lot better than other national chains. The interior of the store was clean and not a crowded order area as some places are like. The prices for what you get can't be beat. Will definitely be returning more often. UPDATE SINCE LAST VISIT: I may have just went back on a bad day but no one should be in food service if you can't treat customers respectfully. They had no personality except for negative. Although my receipt reflected the correct meal and how it should be, it was incorrect and they REALLY didn't seem happy to correct it. Not sure I want to go back here if this is how they treat customers. Once I got my food, it was good and taste fine burger is similar to a steak n shake. Steak n shake may have been the best choice."
