"I experienced the worst service and dining a few months from Arby's in Calhoun Ga. Well I posted about it and then and a manager replied to me saying that they would love to make it right. I haven't heard from them since. Gee Arby's can you do a little better then this"

"Odered a French dip and they put on pita bread without asking because I would have chose something different on the menu I also paid for a cheese cup and barely got any cheese for my fries I will attach picture paid $12 for meal not even able to eat"

"Start with, the store was having issues but the window clerk Wesley was wonderful. Wesley has excellent customer service skills. He was a great catch for arbys. Picked up supper drive thru. Tried the big game burger I believe it's called. I like the flavor of meat. The sauce onion thingies masked all the meat flavor. I'll get it plain next time."

"We submitted an order online and for it to be ready by a certain time. We got there, and they said they never got the order until just then (at the time we requested food be done by). Then they said they were out of fries and cheese sticks and refused to give us a refund. Said we needed to request a refund how we ordered (online). I checked out as a guest and my email confirmation doesn’t give you the option to request a refund. So we asked for extra food to accommodate and they barely gave us extra fries. Mind you, they stated they didn’t have fries in the first place. Management and staff were very unprofessional and made it clear that they couldn’t care less. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of accommodation."

"Smh workers were very rude. My grandmother was told one price for hashbrowns and she questioned it and the manager said how long the lines it’s only like .30 or .40 cents difference, and then gave my grandmother to change slammed the window then proceeded to hand us our food. Food was cold my ham and Swiss croissant. Looks like someone flattened it fast food is the easiest job and people in Calhoun don’t have the common sense on how to do their jobs correctly"
