"Ordered through the app. Order was not found when I arrived. I showed them order and receipt from my card. Employee said she talked with her manager and that if I reorder it would take my money and put it back on my card. She said her manager told her it was in lingo. Every order from the drive thru had to come inside because the sandwich was messed up. After 30 minutes they found my order. They just kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I showed them my order and asked if they could just make it they said no. I asked for a corporate number and was told they didn't have it. Subway do better."

"Had a long line in front of us today after church. Line moved quickly as each employee worked together. Manager was running the register as the store continued to fill-up. She smiled and replied I love it, this represents dollar signs lol. A real pleasure taking to her."

"It took 38 minutes from start to finish. There were only 3-4 people in front of us. On top of that they did not have any veggie patties. They told us the manager told one person to stay home because two people would be enough. The servers were courteous which is the only reason that is preventing me from giving a lower rating. Glad this isn't a location I have to depend on."
