"The Yurts were super cool! The camp host was extremely nice. Worth the $"
"Very clean and sturdy yurts. The A/C was cold, and there was ample room inside for all of your camping/adventure gear."
"Cloudland Canyon is a must-see! The Yurt Village is absolutely awesome. It's like going camping, but you only have to take a few things instead of the whole house. I wouldn't say that the beds are very comfortable, and I wouldn't say that our yurt was super clean. I expected both of those things, and it's such an improvement over tent camping for us that I just don't mind it at all. My husband and I are very limited physically. The employee at the visitor center pointed out areas where we could still go and see the amazing views. We were even able to see 2 waterfalls, my favorite. Don't skip the interpretive center if you are at all interested in science. The naturalist in there is incredible! He even sent home an amazing fossil with us for our daughter. Oh! The Yurt Village bath house is so great. It stays clean, there's always hand soap, the toilets are super clean, the water for the showers is nice and hot. It's great!"
"Our group of friends rented 6 yurts for 3 nights. Each yurt has a full size bunk bed, a futon, a table and stools, shelves, and side tables. It has two porches and a large gravel area with a picnic table, fire pit, and water spigot. Six yurts (#2-7) are around a playground area and the other four are on the other side of a bathhouse. It is ideal for a group and would be nice for just a family because each yurt has a good bit of privacy. The yurt wasn’t spotless, but nothing a few Clorox wipes and the provided broom couldn’t handle. We really enjoyed having the heater. The bathhouse was decently clean with two family bathroom/shower rooms and a women and men with two toilets (one out of order our entire stay) and a shower stall. We easily accessed the West Rim Loop trail and the trails down to the falls behind our village."
"I rarely give bad reviews, but this place was absolutely disgusting. It wrenched with extremely bad odor, spider webs everywhere in the ceiling, bed had dog/human hairs all over it, and mold completely covered the outside and part of the inside. For the price we paid, I’m wondering where are the negative stars…we didn’t even want to stay here!"
