"One of the slowest drives thrus in the while city of Fort payne. I usually only have once every few months and every time I think to myself "maybe it will be better this time" nope! I'm sick of this place. It would be a great location for a restaurant."
"Too few employees. They were slammed and I had to wait inside around 20min. The Reuben we ordered was cold with a tiny bit of meat and a teaspoon of sauerkraut! There was one lady who was doing her best to keep it all running and two new employees who were doing a less than acceptable job. Train? Hire more? I’ve had good experiences in the past but this last few yrs have really put me off of Arbys"
"7/30/23 UPDATE - Still great food. But they've remodeled and the tree is gone. Great food, normally fast service, and a pleasant place to eat. They even have a tree growing inside."
"Don't go here! These people won't take your order; no clean restrooms (ladies' toilet bowl was disgusting!) Apparently they don't believe in cleaning anything, as it was obvious from the trash bins overflowing with garbage at a time when lunch rush was over, so there was no excuse to not get served at this restaurant. Since I never reward bad service, I took my appetite & my wallet to Fazoli's behind Arby's!"
