"Horrible customer service, 25 min wait for someone to pick up. Have a child with a fever and an appt at 3:45pm she still hasn’t been seen at 5:37 pm. No one is answering the phone. She hasn’t been seen and everyone at the front desk is sitting having a glorious time chitchatting like sick kids aren’t waiting to be seen. Very poor customer service. Pick a diff office. In response to what's below: My daughter had a appt at 3:45. so she wasn't a walk in. the customer service was an issue on the phone, no one answers. Once they do answer, they instantly put you on a 13 min hold. Whoever is over this office needs to speak with their staff etiquette."

"my daughter she been there 8 year . she never change doctor. but I so upset last year she sick I take her come . the nurse tell me if no appointment they can't take . this year on the morning my daughter she sick I try take her come agian nurse tell me the same last year . "I have been taking my kids here for almost three years and I don’t think I could have made a better decision in care for my babies . I have worked in the medical field before and I have never came across a Dr like Ariana Bedford !! Her heart was made for this . She is such a fantastic Dr !! She has a perfect team that works with her . Her nurses are Fantastic as well ! Front office staff is wonderful . Mrs.Bedford you rock YOUR TEAM ROCKS don’t ever change ever !! "I have it physically here but I would say the day before my child's appointment they called to tell me that I have to change my child's primary care physician on her insurance card and if I don't get it changed and enough time that my child cannot come into the office and be seen. I was actually looking forward to take my child to this office and seeing the doctor that I scheduled her for. Bad business not to mention it took me 2 hours to speak wiIth Prior to me calling to make my baby appointment I told the front desk receptionist that I was wanting switching doctor for medical reasons. She didn't say anything just asked for my child's insurance. WHY WOULD I SWITCH MY BABY PRIMARY DOCTOR, if I have never been seen here? My best friend recommended this office & the doctor that my child was supposed to be seening. It's cool though that's God's way of letting me know I didn't need to come to this practice"
