"I been coming here for 5 years and just realized they are the worst horrible dentist they are slow very slow for service!!!!! they barely answer the phone the girls in the front are so stuck up and think they are all that can not handle they business when my kids have an important appointment they would cancel my kids appointment without notice and their appointments be so spaced out my kids can have a appointment in January if it gets rescheduled they will not get seen until September that’s crazy this office went down hill I don’t know who is worser them or the candler road location the reviews they have got to be lieing!!!!!! I’m just speaking facts"

"This was my first time at this Kool Smiles and i wasn’t expecting such a good experience. I heard the wait times here can be long but my child was attended very quickly. Everything was explained to me so there was no confusion. My child’s assistant Miguel was very nice and made sure my son was comfortable, he was also given a coloring book and a toy to keep him calm. The procedure went great thanks to him."

"Omg this place is horrible....I immediately started to sneeze(vents need dusting) I look to my left and they office girl playing in her coworkers hair its super packed and when I get to the counter they said I would have to reschedule because they don't have a grace period on Tues and Thursday are you serious its 4:01 my appointment is at 4:00 so the office lady looks for other place... I go to the restroom AND O BUT NO THATS ok Y'ALL wont be in her mouth this place is Capital filthy so my daughter and I calm speed walked out of the" tooth dungeon " we will not be returning and I will let the world know this is a dump DUMP!!!!!"
