"I would advise against the support of this business. No ethics or moral business practices. We got to watch three thousand dollars worth of trees die in our front yard despite our watering and “increased watering” as advised. We reached out many times for support and help with our browning trees and were met with the same simple instructions to just water more. The lack of follow through with this company began right after the trees were planted as they never received the fertilization that was promised and included in the price.. The business, Creed specifically, doesn’t take pride in what they do nor do they care about the customer. They will take your money with indifference as to whether your happy with the service or not. No follow through with services & no intention to right a wrong."

"A very bad experience for me. Paid for things I didn’t get, such as dirt, river rock. I asked for some dirt to be added to 2 flower beds, didn’t get it. I told the owner, Creed, I do not want boxwoods. What did I get? You got it, boxwoods. He said he would add some river rock to the bed in front of my frond porch along with the dirt and mulch just to add some “contrast”. He didn’t. He did put mulch. Total job took 3 hours. So 11 bushes later, a small tree, cleaned the front bed out and trimmed 1 bush I paid him 5000.00. Partly my fault for trusting a very smooth talking man. Pulled up to my house the day he done it and expected to say WoW! Instead very disappointed. Talked to a couple other customers of his and they felt the same way. Didn’t get what they paid for. My latest text to him a couple months ago still not answered. Even when he brags about the large church he done don’t do it. Take it from someone who had to save for awhile to get this done only to be taken advantage of."
