"Due to wonderful reviews I texted Mihai in March 21st, he came to do an estimate the next day. He told us that day it could be done by the end of April. It took him 6 days to give us an estimate despite being told we would have it in the next two days, which we certainly understood because we know how busy everyone is especially after CoVid. We gave our confirmation in a few days and learned our floors would be completed in mid May. No exact date given. We finally were told May 12th… and again, we understood how busy contractors are… he ended up pulling a No Show… I waited a few days in case he might have needed more time but never heard from him. Calls were ignored, I texted that I didn’t understand why he didn’t show up.. he texted 5 days ago that he wrote down the wrong date .. I texted asking when was our new appointment and so far I have been rudely ignored. Today is Friday. Nothing. We never quibbled about his price, and we are clueless as to why he decided not to honor his commitment to refinish our kitchen."
