"First off ordered a full sandwich and got half. And the half we got was pathetic. High inflation, skimpy ingredients, poor quality."
"I’ve ordered the same sandwich from Panera for over 10 years. Every time I come to this specific Panera, my sandwich is either the wrong one , or it looks like they stood on the other side of the room and threw the ingredients at the bread. Please care about the quality of your food, or at least have better aim."
"I placed an order for the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli bowl on the Doordash app for pickup. What I received barely filled half the bowl. It looked like scraps from another order. I was also rudely told I had to "stand in line like everybody else" even though that was incorrect. Thankfully somebody else knew what was going on and I didn't have to wait too long. I've never had an experience like this at Panera and I will never visit this location again."
"It sucks here. No one cares. The bathrooms are trashed. It's nasty. No one is paid enough to care. There's always trash outside facility. You have to wait to even see anyone behind a counter. Workers don't give af... only one person, her name is Laura. She is the epitome of a an amazing person and employee. Every time."
"Our dining selections were two steak and white cheddar cheese sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, onion soup, large green teas, and bagged kettle chips. The sandwich meat could have been sliced thinner for a clean bite instead of pulling all of the meat out of the sandwich with the first bite. The chicken noodle soup was good. The onion soup tasted good initially, but had an aftertaste during the meal that lingered for the rest of the afternoon. It's almost like the onions may have been partially burned during the caramelization cook process. Folks don't realize it, but making good onion soup is an art. The green tea was good. Kettle chips are OK if you like them. Our thoughts, your taste buds may differ."
