"I paid my bill in full march of 2021. In the summer of 2022 they said the insurance didn't provide the discount they were offering and that I owed them $100. After about 30 min with the office manager they said they would try one more time with the insurance, but if it didn't work was told I wouldn't have to worry about the 100 either way that they would take it off the account. They now have a new office manager and they are telling me I owe them $100 on 11/13/23."

"My husband was referred to this place As soon as I tried making an appointment for him the receptionist refused to make an appointment because he want calling tried to explain and she rudely declined Telling me other questions unrelated to what i needed and refusing to give call to someone else to set the appointment hung up on me after I tried another attempt I didn’t get her name but definitely sounded young"

"Terrible place! Took my daughters braces completely off when they were supposed to be doing a adjustment. The "doctor" apologized and said remainder of the treatment would be at no charge. They continued to bill me so I had to cancel my card to stop the theft! Low rent"

"It’s only been four months, but we have two kids in braces with them and they have bent over backwards for us. This past week, one of my kids had a emergency issue. I took a chance and we walked in unexpected, and they took her back within 15 minutes and had her all fixed up. Every time we’ve been in the office, they have been so nice and helpful."

"Place is great staff is awesome. Just wish someone would of told me I was going to waste gas for them to tell me my daughter wasn't going to get seen bc it wasn't an emergency after i clearly called the call center and told them it wasn't an emergency and they put her down for emergency anyways. I appreciate the the lady who didn't get out of hand with me even though I was being a little feisty i know it wasn't her fault but call center, you need to do better. Better training on their side would be highly appreciated before people drive 30 min and get sent home pointless."
