"I did a title loan with this branch and everything went well until it was time to return my title; after repaying the loan in full, my title was supposed to be returned to my listed address; however it was mailed to the branch. When contacted I explained I opted for it to be sent to me directly due to the fact I work out of state often and cannot always coordinate my schedule with their business hours. I was then told that it would be mailed to me as it was originally requested but they didn’t “assume any liability if it got lost” I then stated well that was supposed to be the original return method and they should be liable. I find it mysterious that they supposedly “sent my title on the 29th” and more than “10 business” days later I haven’t received my title as of yet. This branch does not take accountability for their mistakes and I strongly recommend anyone from attending this location. Right now I’m reporting my title as “stolen” and continuing my grievance with the “BBB” in order to have this resolved and assure this won’t happen to future clients."
