"I have been banking with United Community for 8 years now and I have always had a positive experience with the tellers here. I see a lot of one star reviews but I highly disagree. They know and refer to you by your first name, and are very personable when you visit. When someone steals your debit card information, they give you back everything that was stolen with no questions asked and replace your card immediately. They also handle family matters very seriously and with ease. My grandmother, who had dementia, was taken advantage of by two related people who wanted money taken out of her account for themselves. When the tellers caught on to what was happening, they refused service to these two and handled everything with care. I will never go anywhere else for banking."
