"I didn’t have any issues with the customer service until now. Everything was great when I was making payments, but as soon as I paid the loan off and am now trying to get my title back, the attitude I’m getting from the ladies I spoke with in regards, is one of which they don’t seem to care if I get my title back or not, especially now that they have their money. They instead want to blame it on the State without even offering or attempting to look into what the hold up is, even after I informed them that the county tag office said that it’s showing the lien hasn’t been released on Franklin’s end, not the State’s. It’s going on 4 weeks since I paid off the loan, if I hadn’t called the county to get a status update, I would have never known about the issue and I’m sure the ladies at Franklin would not have followed up. Slightly disappointed because I expected better than this! Updated February 9th, 2024 I received a call from the area manager, whom took the time to see what was going on with my title, which come to find out wasn’t something that First Franklin had any control over but ended up being some sort of issue within the postal system. He also apologized for the service I received from the Lexington Road office, which I did inform him I was surprised by, since I’ve never received unsatisfactory service from them before. I greatly appreciate all his effort. Having previously worked in customer service myself, I can understand when staff may have an off day, especially when it’s the end of the day or the office is short staffed. I can honestly say that I would recommend anyone needing a loan to work with First Franklin. Their level of caring for their customers is the care one would receive from family and like with most families, sometimes you have your good and bad times! First Franklin family, continue providing outstanding care and services to the community!"
