"Just a quick drive thru stop for breakfast while on a road trip. No line and order was in right away. Food came out quickly. Everyone was friendly. Did tasted great."
"I always thought this location was horrible. Today there was a new girl working the drive-through who had no idea what she was doing. I would be excepting of that if she wasn’t rude. The only thing she bothered to say to me was my total. Then when I got done paying, she proceeded to point for me to go to the next window didn’t even tell me, just pointed. However, the manager on staff was exceptional. There was an issue with how my order was listed and the new girl didn’t know how to fix it. He came to the window and was super polite. When I was handed a toy, it was a toy. My daughter had already received, he went out of his way to see if they had a different toy they could give her. Unfortunately, they did not but the way he handled it was extremely professional and completely exceeded my expectations for McDonald’s. I didn’t get his name, but I’m pretty sure he was a manager because of his shirt, and he had duerag on covering his dreads. It just goes to show that you don’t have to do a lot, but that you should show that you care through the little things."
"If I could somehow give this restaurant negative stars, I would. The service is and always has been absolutely terrible. It doesn’t matter if it’s packed or if you’re the only one there you’re likely to still wait for 20+ minutes on a single big Mac combo Only for the people at the window to ignore you for 10 minutes and then come up and ask you what you even had to begin with. This place is an utter disgrace. They should clean house, bulldoze it and start over Because as someone who lives in this town, It has been this way for probably the past five years and I don’t see it getting any better. It’s an absolute joke if you have 30 to 45 minutes to blow in a drive-thru then by all means go for it if not, I would avoid this Establishment like the plague."
"I ordered a McRib sandwich and an ice coffee, it was good. Customer service was good. I do recommend getting more staff to work at night, being that you have a lot of customer's. The wait time is ridiculous, no fault to the employees, but fault to hiring managers trying to save money, and work the hell out of the 2 or 3 people you have working and you don't pay them enough to be working them like you do to save money."
