"I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but usually when you go somewhere to get something to eat you’re going there for a specific reason. I ordered two chicken quesadillas and I guess in order to get the sauce that comes on it normally, maybe you have to ask for it? But I guess I’ll just keep eating this chicken and cheese tortilla."
"One of the better Taco Bell's that I have been to over the past few years. Fairly quick service, accurate order, everything tasted good. A nice quick stop on a long road trip."
"I walked in at almost 10pm, I was delightful greeted by two employees. One of them showed me how to order at the touch screen, very polite and attentive. As the staff prepared my order they appeared to be happy as we joked about unsweetened tea, (seriously who's drinking that stuff?!) I thoroughly enjoyed the staff and each one of their personalities which made my dinner choice even more delightful. My food was prepared quickly and was made perfectly, as I ordered extra on a few items. I'll be returning to this location hoping to see the same faces. I highly recommend this location."
"I know we were traveling on Christmas Eve day, but come on, look at this poor excuse for a bean burrito! Not only was there almost no filling, it was cold! My son's tacos and my daughters specialty burrito seemed to be okay, but they were also not hot and were skimpy on the fillings compared to what we usually get at Taco Bell. When my son checked the bag while we were driving away, they forgot to give us our three orders of cinnamon crisps. So we had to head back and I had to go into the store with my receipt. I don't ever expect Taco Bell to be high cuisine, but I have come to expect it to be consistent in its quality, it's portions and its flavor, no matter the location, but this was a complete miss for this store on this day that we visited."
"I used the Kiosk like I was informed to even though I only had cash. Once I finished placing my order. I selected the cash option. Then, waited at the register for no one to ever walk over for me to pay. I waited patiently, then, walked out. This is the most sorriest Taco Bell establishment I’ve ever seen. What do you expect in Adel, G.A.!?"
