"I have been with Mariner for several years. Honestly have had good experiences with them for the most part. However on this go around I was treated as if I wasn't important and one particular employee was condescending and bordering on rude. Not to mention unprofessional answering the phone while she was apparently in mid sentence with a co-worker about a personal issue and then said Oh Mariner finance. Another employee, I am assuming a lead person or Manager took the time to call back after trying to deal with the other employee. Thankfully she was able to close the loan. I'm not sure if these are new staff members. However one in particular, I hope to never have to deal with her again."
