"I wish I could give a 0 for inconvenience my life. One main has a 7 day okay satisfaction promise that you can cancel your loan within 7 days. I tried to do this today and pay using my debit card where it clearly says in small print that you can... after talking to a branch rep Cheryl and the branch manager that's not true ? You mean to tell you me you're making a promise to your customers that is not true ? How can they even get away with this.. never getting a loan again.. I took off work to cancel this loan especially after finding out they are liars they only take certified funds. I submitted a complaint to the BBB hopefully it saves someone from this lie they're feeding people."
