"Personally speaking, I have never had anything come up that wasn't readily fixed in an extremely timely manner. Maybe twice, if ever, have I had any situations and they were resolved quickly, professionally and courteously. I've heard the horror stories that were posted online and I addressed them with the staff. They understand that as long as we don't have any major issues I will keep my accounts with them. It appears that their staff is fighting back against all the bad press and is putting their absolute best foot forward. I can't help but recognize their efforts and will continue to do business with them."

"Worst banking institution ever. My husband has (soon to be had) a checking account here. Went to cash his check and was told couldn't do that. He had to deposit it, there are no other choices. I advised her that we come through every other week and deposit half and cash for the other half. She needs to be trained on helping her customers. Very rude and lazy of customer service."
