"There is plexiglass in the window, and the girl that works there at 9103 sits in her chair across the room, and you can't hear her. They couldn't find the load, and she wouldn't help. Called my dispatch, and they sent an email, and a guy came out and said my load was in his area. Got my paperwork quickly but wasn't informed when they were done with loading. Sat 2 hours and couldn't get anyone to the door (have to ring doorbell). Finally pulled out. Hope I never have to go back!!!"
