"I want to Brag on the service I received from Ms. Lynda. She was so patient with me when she took my order at the drive thru. I never had someone be so kind she answered all the questions I asked without any Irritation or hesitation. Her Service was so amazing that I had to tip her for just being a Genuine loving soul! I will be back and I hope shes there again! Thank you Ms. Lynda."

"At the very least they should have a sign that says “you must order at the kiosk” because the employees will walk right by you while on their phones and ignore you. They only have like two people working. Bathroom out of order. Out of several items. The order was accurate and the food was hot. Probably best to just go through the drive through."

"What a joke of a response from the owner. Hmm, I wonder what the location is? And what more details do you need, my shoe size? --- Ordered though the app. Pulled up to the drive through, was told it was closed but I could come in and order at a kiosk. Told them I had already ordered and I wasn't coming in as I have a bad back. They then said to pull around front and they'd bring my order out. Didn't even ask my name, confirmed they knew which order I had. Pulled around and very patiently waited for over 10 minutes, no food. Pulled back around to the drive through. Same person seemed to have no idea who I was and that she had recently told me my food would be brought out. Asked if I was going to get the items I paid for. Turns out they were out of a bunch of stuff and they couldn't fulfill the order as placed so I left and cancelled the order in the app. Absolutely horrific service."

"We stopped in on our way to Florida with a car full and they were short staffed, only 3 workers. The manager, an employee, and a trainee. The place was steady busy and they had their hands full!! They all remained calm and worked hard. The manager was great. She was calm, good spirited, and kept the customers needs first. She was running back and forth helping the one guy make orders then to the front to help the trainee. She was fixing and refunding, teaching, cooking, and running the drive through. My huge order for 8 was correct!! I found it important to let her know she was doing a great job and her attitude is AMAZING!! All of them!!! I wish I could do more to show appreciation but I had to go we have a long trip ahead of us but whoever sees this please be patient, be kind, and reassure them they're doing a great job!!!! And upper Management reward your staff!!!!"

"I went to taco-bell at 9:40 and i ordered a crunchwrap ,when I got home i took a bite and realized it tasted weird and when I looked at it it had black stuff on it.I don’t know what it is and it was inside the bag that the crunchwrap came in."
