"I'm from VA and a cu member and stopped in to see if they had any collectible money( 2 dollar bills.50 cent pieces susan b anthony's) that I could buy and I was told I needed to be a wings cu member . I would never join a cu like this that would be so narrow minded. Wow! I have never heard of this and I would move my money elsewhere if I banked at a place like this!"
"I have been a valued customer for 20 years i recently had a bump in the road where I was out sick for 2 months and couldn’t work . I have been on hold times over an hour to talk to someone they closed my credit card that I have always been on time except when I was out on sick leave .. customer service was rude seems like when everything is great they are your best friend but if you hit a stumbling block they are your worst enemy , for 20 years I have had loans , vehicle loans ,and heloc I have helped them build a 8.4 billion empire as a valued customer to only be crushed for one little unforeseen incident I thought credit unions were a little more forgiving and have a better relationship with the members especially when something is foreseeable nope not here."
"Tried applying to become a member and after submitting my info, they wanted more, like a selfie with the driver’s license I had already submitted copies of. Then their email system refused all emails from me from 2 different accounts, and their phone people left me on hold and just hung up finally on me. Tamara Simonson was the lady’s name that asked for all the info, and gave me 5 days to submit it over a weekend… then rejected all emails and calls were left on hold. With almost an 800 credit score and outstanding history of using credit, I should feel insulted maybe. Instead I am glad this company showed me how little care they’d give me. Plenty of other companies aren’t a scam like this one apparently is, as far as I can tell! :)"
