"I ordered online. The guy put all the mayo and mustard on top of the sandwich so everything was on the paper. He didn't follow the instructions of my order. Seemed like a rush job for two $15 subs. Go somewhere else and don't order on line."

"Jeremiah is amazing. Not only did he immediately understand and respect my dietary restrictions, he too the time to confirm my order before he completed it at the end. He also MASTERED my ICEE ♥️ Would give 5* stars for this employee. I did not get his coworkers name but she took excellent care of my husband while Jeremiah was focused on me and our order was processed quickly, correctly, and smooth!"

"Have visited this location as well as a few others, I believe most of them have new owners. The customer service is terrible. You get what you pay for at this place. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars."

"It deserves ZERO STARS, but you have to select a start before commenting. I went for a cup of ice & the manager was training a new associate. I walked up to the register with my $1 in hand to pay for my ice, which is $0.10 the cashier gave me the cup for free instead. The manager proceeded to say “ The Ice is not free by the way”. So I asked if he would like for me to pay for the ice & he stated “ Yes, I would like for you to pay for “ NO PROBLEM SIR! That’s what my dollar was for, please train your associate properly & NOT allow them to hand things out for free, especially if you’re standing RIGHT BESIDE THEM."

"Arrived at 7 P.M; hours before this location is supposed to close. Drove a ways to spend my hard-earned money with this corporation. However, the place was closed; gates closed and everything. Wal-Mart manager did not know why and said it is very strange that it would be closed so early. NOW DO YOU THINK I WILL EVER WASTE MY TIME WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN? Not a big deal since I drove a couple minutes and bought a MUCH better sub at Firehouse."
