Costco Wholesale

"The customer service team is considerably rude as heck. They check IDs of whom they wish to check IDs for. Costco has apparently adopted this policy of checking your ID, 4 times before leaving the store. Oh don’t go to the self checkout as a black person. They are scanning your products for you then gone turn around and say you can scan your own product in the top of the basket. It’s just the most uncomfortable thing ever. I mean I come to shop in a satisfying way. But the way I felt when I left was the most uncomfortable feeling I had ever felt. I mean they are aggressive and mean and terrifying to approach sometimes. The management is no better. But I encountered a lady checking my ID but not the guy in front me of. But lies and say he showed me his ID as he was walking up to the self checkout. Girl. You are lying. I was watching her. Because this is so common I’m sick of Costco and their customer service horrible attitude team members. I literally have had nothing but issues every single visit here. It seems NO ONE IS HAPPY TO BE THERE. They always YELLING “the policy”. “The policy”. Literally that’s how you go out of business. Racist nonsense and policy nonsense. Sick of this location anyway."

"My favorite Costco location Metro Atlanta. Always well staffed and stocked. Parking lot is ample and well designed and the customers here are the best. No one is fighting for parking or being pushy. And pharmacy staff is excellent"

"Usual Costco as far as I can tell. Great place to stock up on items you know you're gonna need or use. Great place to exercise your self-discipline if you love snacks. Couldn't find a couple things I was in search of, unfortunately. Not at all a fan of the food court changes, both with the kiosk number system and the menu. Also, be aware and mindful of your fellow shoppers, as some are very conscious and conscientious, and some steer those carts like they're in "The Fast &The Furious; Blindfolded & Backwards". Naturally, same goes for the parking lot."

"Costco was very packed and busy, however clean. I actually went down every isle just seeing what they have and checking the prices. Some things I can see savings, but the majority to me as I shop around is the normal price and few more cost than normal. After being 1st a BJ member, then Sam's club, now Costco...the cheapest in savings from products on the shelf, I see most is from BJs. I have not checked out everything costco has to offer thier members vs the others, so I will definitely give an update later."
