"Everything went great until when went to make payment, was told that child needed to get one thing added to teeth and would just be a 15 minute wait and then we could leave. The 15 minute wait turned into over an hour for something that took only 6 minutes once the child was taken back. Would have given 5 stars if followed through with time given but a good visit turned into poor with a 45 minute visit turning into a 2 hour visit for cleanings."

"I took my daughter to have her spacer placed back on after it fell off. After she was released back to me in the waiting area she was very tearful, and when I asked her what was wrong she said her mouth is hurting and the dentist was not very nice. She told me after she replaced the spacer which is very uncomfortable and tight, that she quietly cried a bit and the dentist/assistant asked her why is she crying 'It's not supposed to hurt' in a tone that lacked empathy and compassion. It was a Monday so maybe the lady didn't want to be at work however it is an office that specializes in Children and they are normally very kind, gentle, and understanding to all of my children."

"Stressful time today. I scheduled this appointment several weeks out. Received the confirmation/registration email that was filled out weeks in advance. Get to the appointment today and 2 families whose appointments were at the same time and after mine, got called back. Mind you, my twins are 1 and don’t sit quietly very long. After so long I get up and ask what the hold up is. I get told their insurance lady has been in the hospital since Sunday so they’re having to verify my insurance. I tell them the paperwork was filled out well in advance of Sunday and if there was a problem with the insurance I should have been notified prior to the appointment. I knew there wouldn’t be a problem because my 2 year old goes there as well. Everyone has the same insurance. After I voice my frustration, they finally check us in and we get called back. The experience in the back was great but the front office, not so much."

"Dr. Alia is the best dentist ever. She's very caring and polite. All the other staff members are also very kind and helpful. My son is not scared of going to dentist anymore. Thank you so much for taking care of all our dental needs."
