"Had a good first visit a year ago until the last two visits. This last visit we were greeted with a front desk lady who had a rude attitude, waited 30 plus minutes for XRAYS, and once we asked about the hold up, no one was apologetic. The staff member didn’t even introduce herself before she started asking me medical questions. While I’m sitting there waiting, I over heard the hygienist (or dentist) telling a little girl “are you sure you’re flossing because it should not be hurting.” Straight up making her feel bad. Are you kidding?? These are children. I took my son and left. Waste of my time and very unprofessional."
"Worst service ever, my wife spoke with Estela to double check the insurance coverage and she confirmed to my wife that was cero payment and the insurance was coverage a 100% . During the service a girl came out ant told me that with the x- ray was $152.00 and with out ithe x-ray was $92.00 and I asked her what happened with Estela telling us that was cero payment and so for, she answered that she made a mistake, plus at the check out window , I told the lady that after the bad experience that let me know that they don't know what they doing , if I will decide to come back I'll call them, I received a text with a schedule on July 10 @3:00. I'm 100% sure they don't know what they are doing at all. And made me feel that I was dumb."
"Everything has been great at Tebo up until my child's appointment this morning. Long story short-My 5yr old son needs treatment. I took him to the consultation appointment 6 months ago and they explained in detail his treatment plan which was IV Sedation. They informed me it was around a 3 hour appointment, he would be hooked up via IV in his arm, Parents are not allowed back there and they put diapers on the children during the sedation. I personally did not feel comfortable leaving my 5yr old son under an IV sedation for that many hours. Yes I know there are professionals there, but as his Mother I just did not want him to go through that at THIS age right now. So I politely declined the treatment, and his teeth are not hurting and I know baby teeth eventually fall out. So I decided to wait until he's around 7-8 years old. So today at his routine cleaning the Dentist explains how he needs treatment. I said yes I'm aware, we went to the consultation and I declined treatment at that time. He proceeded to tell me again how important it is to get the IV Sedation done. I just said "okay, thank you" and kept it moving as he was just doing his job. I was a Dental Assistant at a Pediatric Dental Office for 2 years so I know what to expect and I know the culture of the job/environment. I am also knowledgable in Dental Assisting/teeth anatomy. So as we are checking out, the Receptionist explains to me again how important getting IV Sedation is. I also kindly let her know that I went to the consultation and declined treatment. I understand she was just doing her job. Then the Dental Assistant who was with the Dentist walked by and heard me say I declined treatment. She chimed in and said "You know his back baby teeth won't fall out until he's 12yrs old." I said "okay." and turned to finish my conversation with the Receptionist. I thought that was extremely rude and condescending to just walk by and chime in like that, not knowing my reasons WHY I declined treatment or that me as his Mother and Former DA doesn't know anything about baby teeth or my own child? I am his Mother. If I decline Treatment, they should RESPECT my decision and STOP pressuring me and talking to me about it. I never said I am AGAINST the treatment. I just said, I think he is a bit too young and I want to wait a few years to have it done. Now if it starts actively bothering him now, then of course. Overall, I didn't appreciate that smart comment made by the Dental Assistant. Keep your comments to yourself. Literally no one was talking to her or asked her opinion. The Dentist already informed me of the treatment, I don't need you walking by and chiming in. I'm well aware of baby teeth and common sense knowledge. Very unprofessional and a judgey attitude. I'm considering changing Dental Offices so I won't have to deal with the unsolicited patronizing "advice" from a passing Dental Assistant. Please respect a Parents decision and MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS, especially if you are NOT the Dentist or Receptionist doing their jobs. No one asked you."
"This was a very pleasant visit. The facility was clean, the staff and dentist are very nice. A little disappointed that it will take two months to make next appointments."
"This was a horrible experience! Shame on you Tebo for making me feel less than. I waited 4 months for an appointment. Had a reschedule and finally came in. My 4 year old needed a covering on her tooth. She did great with the shot which was a decision our family discussed for many months. The device they put in her mouth gave her issues during to the size of her mouth. Instead of finding another solution to help a small child bc (it was inconvenient to them), they said I could not return to the office unless she was sedated by an IV. Are you kidding me? Great bedside manner, doctor. To add to this, they tried to overcharged me for laughing gas which she didn't even get after 'checking' to make sure charges were correct. No sympathy from any of the staff nor were they willing to help. They gave me a dey I'm sorry and looked through me in a blank stare. They all looked miserable. Office manager wasn't on site to speak to and the promised phone call never happened. No surprised honestly, but really disappointed. You have lost my business and I will never recommend this place. I've canceled appointment for my other child too. Do better Tebo."
