"I have been taking my children to Kwon Dentistry since elementary school age and they now are both driving cars!!! We absolutely LOVE this practice! We started out at Hamilton Mill location but now we use the Flowery Branch office. The upfront staff are friendly & very professional & are always so knowledgeable & helpful!!! The dental hygienist we use is so full of personality! She makes the cleaning funny & fun & she shares personal experiences to relate & connection to the patients about the important of dental care. My sons really listen and apply her advice on how they should improve their oral hygiene habits because she communicates in away that it resonates with them! The doctor we see is Dr Jameson Chaudhary...she is the BEST!! She is very knowledgeable about whatever is going on with the patient and she explains it to you in away that is easy to understand and explains what the next steps are and if she cannot help you she refers you to someone who will take care of you like she does. It takes me a minute to process dental procedures because as a parent having “good teeth” I have never personally experienced the dental procedures so I don’t have the knowledge to explain to my son what happens when they fill a cavity because I only had it performed maybe one time in my life! So she really makes the patient feel secure and she treats you like family! She recently gave me her cell phone number and told me not to call the front office but text her directly and brief her on the details of the patient and she would personally call me if I needed anything when I got to the referring office! I have never had anyone give me their direct line but that shows you how much Dr Jameson cares about her patients. We just love her so much and she is like family! And when my kids get to old to go we will cry about it seriously! We love and appreciate everyone so much!"
