"My family had been going here for 14 years. We've always scheduled an afternoon where they clean our entire family of 5, it usually takes 30 minutes for each person and we knock it out in an afternoon. Our latest appointment started at 2:00 and I left work early planning on getting there at 3:30, which was the time table that we had worked with for 14 years. They called me at 3:15 and said I'd missed my appointment and I would have to reschedule after the 1st of the year unless there was a cancellation. I told the woman on the phone that this how it had been scheduled for 14 years and if something changed, it wasn't communicated to me and I expected to be seen at 3:30. She said they would not see me. I would expect after going to the same practice for such a long time I would have been treated better. I will be looking for new dentist for my family."

"Not just your average Dentist office! Friendly and very accommodating! You can tell there is a genuine passion and care for the work being performed from everyone at this office. Recently had a root canal w/ crown and some cleaning work done. Dentist was considerate, efficient, effective and comforting. The rest of the team there has made going to the Dentist enjoyable, coming from a person who has high anxiety about the Dental procedures. During my exam, I was showed digital x-rays alongside actual photos of my teeth to give me thorough confirmation of work that needed to be performed. Very clear about pricing and necessary work that needs to be performed. No, I don’t work for these people. I just chose to provide my honest feedback. I’m just a Navy Veteran who has had very pleasurable experiences to-date. Hopefully this opinion can help someone else, hesitant to visit a dentist, make the decision to take care of their dental hygiene... as it is truly important."

"Dr. Kwak is trusting, kind and very friendly.Other dentist were wanting to do work on me I could not afford. Dr. Kwak was honest in telling me it was not necessary. His prices are very reasonable compared to other dentist. I am so glad I finally found a dentist I can trust and have no dread of going back. Brenda the hygienist is very friendly and puts you at ease. Carmen at the front desk was so pleasant and very sweet. I highly recommend."

"I've been going here for probably 5 years now. They've been great with my wife and I, we have trusted them as they have always been professional. The dental hygienist do a good job cleaning and care about you and being comfortable. My wife has a fear of dentist, if you knew her dental history as a child you would understand why. It was like pulling teeth to get her to go after years of neglect. Once she did, she was content when having fillings replaced thanks to the dentist compassion. She has been going back every six months since. I like the staff and dentist! Their good at what they do and my family and I will continue to see them for years to come."
