"Place need’s help. Items priced wrong on shelves. Can’t change price in computer was told. Then change price on shelf, not that hard. Employees hanging out front smoking cigarettes. Won’t be back, and they represent 7-11 with a bad image. 2 stars because our drinks were cold."

"I come to this 7 eleven alot, but I do not think I will be spending my money in this store anymore. The females that work there in the late afternoon are extremely rude. First it's the one with dark hair a little past her shoulders. I did not understand why a price was coming up the way it was and i asked about it. She was very mean, and instead of asking me to sign up for 7 eleven rewards, she made me use hers. I do not know how the rewards work, but I do not understand why I had to use hers. I did not feel comfortable in that store because of her. Then the encounter in the late afternoon with the blonde, pretty bright blonde hair, she was very rude as well. She was ringing up a customer and she talked about me with the customer she was ringing up, and did not even try to hide it. Called me slow and proceeds to say even more. Other customers waiting in line could not even believe it. I have never had problems in that store, I come in, pick out what I want, then pay and leave. That's it! These 2 women this past week has made me uncomfortable to the point I would rather drive farther to get what I need rather to come into a store as a customer spending money to feel uncomfortable and disrespected when I do not know them, and did nothing to them. I have my baby with me everytime for god sakes. I would like to understand more about how your rewards work and why instead of being offered to sign up and how to sign up, customers are forced to use employees rewards. I'm assuming the more you spend, the more rewards you get from the store. If that's what it is, then these ladies are a problem in your store other than chasing customers away."

"I enjoy this store the only problem is there’s barely anywhere to park. After the owners leave for the day the one cashier has her friend in there hanging out and he has his friends come in and hang out. I came in tonight and they had lawn chairs pulled out just sitting there drinking coffee and talking taking up parking spaces. When my girlfriend asked the cashier why they let people just hang out she said because he’s my friend. It’s horrible."
