"I tried to do a simple doordash order and I needed up just canceling it bc it said preparing your order for the last hour and a half. I placed my order at 9 knowing they don’t close for a least another 2 hours and nothing changed. I’ve had to do this exact thing in the past. It’s almost as if they don’t want to make that order so they just let it sit there and ignore it on purpose. Its very frustrating and disappointing as well."
"I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches: 2 bacon and 2 sausage sandwiches. And non of them came with meat. It’s like they did that on purpose. Not to mention whoever was working drive thru during the week is going to give you a really hard time . So good luck ."
"I stop in Cairo at McDonald's once a year on my way to Tallahassee. In recent years, the lobby has been closed, which is disappointing. The service at the drive-thru was good, but I would like to dine in when passing through. Perhaps next year."
"Dining area is stated to open at 5 am. It is currently 8:04 am. Workers refusing to let guests dine in. Stated that I need to walk through the drive thru and wait behind cars. The restaurant is next to the truck, therefore I have no car to use. The person who I’m assuming is the manager is extremely rude. Please hire staff willing to work during posted hours of operation."
