"Been there a long time. Have lots of money there. Went to the gunb office to cash a $400 check. Take $200 out. It was from a dr office. Mean as .... to me said it was fake. Just 2 color one. 2 young not caring .... the lady was black thin. I cashed the check at another place very easy. But having lots and lots of money there, I'm looking for another bank. Fire her. Never been treated like that. Put a hold on it. Ahhh still mad. I write you a letter soon.I'm going to get her name today."

"What kind of ATM locks their doors at 6pm on a weekday and the entire weekend? Basically makes the bank useless for people who don’t want to drive 15 miles just to get some cash out of the atm without being charged $4 extra. If I wanted to waste money on atm fee’s i’d just put my money in a bank that doesn’t have physical locations anywhere in the city. You can’t tell me it would have been that hard to put an atm somewhere where it could be accessed 24/7 like every other atm in existence. 10/10 do not suggest."

I love having a bank that I can call and get someone on the phone who I know personally and who will take care of everything I need. Becky Sylar in particular has been a HUGE help to me, not just over the years but especially recently.
