"Outdated technology, restricted business hours, and poor communication allowed a lost check to cause my account to go into delinquency. I was never notified of such until it reflected on my credit report. CASFCU leadership was unfriendly in this issue, and unwilling to accept any blame in the lost check. They were unwilling to cooperate with my bank in the investigation stating simply that if the check had arrived at all, they would have cashed it. This debacle and their lack of communication has delayed my ability to buy a house and negatively impacted my financial health for the foreseeable future."
