"I was treated in a very bad way by the two girls who are in charge. They charged me 3 items of which I only ordered two. They didn’t want to give me my money back. The only thing they offered me was to bring me a third article. I asked to talk to the manager and there was no manager or a store manager! Very bad treatment, I felt cheated."

"Just get gas at the store and a bag of chips. The best advice I can give the owner is that your employees' appearances matter , and the food shows it. Sorry, but I have to be honest. I hope next time I try things will be better"

"This is one of the best subway in Dothan. The food is always good, and one of the ladies always makes it great to stop by this location. She remembers you, and always speak to you. I live in cowarts but will definitely drive here to get great food every time, and the best customer service. Also the store is always clean."

"Usually have no issues here I'm sadly to report that the food was just awful bread was flat like it wasn't done vegs. We're not crisp and I got a bone in my tooth from which was in the tuna most of all I was charged 50.00 for 2 and 1/2 sandwiches. Can't get the owner to call me and the manager says there is nothing she can do about it. Do any of you have any suggestions that can help me. My next step is I'm calling my credit card company and dispute the charges"

"1st let me say I like Subway..a lot. Good food at a decent price. This one is very clean and the bathrooms are well maintained....HOWEVER the employee here at this time is rude and short...like it's a pain to serve you. Now this person is here working alone so I will give grace for that. But anyone can make a sandwich and sell it...It's ALL ABOUT the service with a smile."
