"This place does not take heart complications seriously. I’ve tried for over an hour to get through to make an appointment and they keep hanging up. Even when I finally got through and requested an earlier appointment I was hung up on again. I literally heard the women huff right before she hung up when I asked her to try a different doctor. Very unprofessional!!!!!!"

"Excellent doctor. However, office staff gives less than appropriate care, concern and professionalism. I was treated very rudely which seemed to be acceptable. I was then just ignored until I eventually left. What a sad way to operate health care!"

"Received a call that I have an appointment in 2 days. I was told I better come and I'll be seeing the PA. Not only was I talked to like a dog, my appointment isn't until next month. I'm going to go to this appointment that I had less then 48 hrs to put everything else to the side, but after this appointment, I'll find a new Dr's office to go to if I have to go out of town. Harbin Clinic has become rude with their employees, and you don't receive the treatment you once did. They want you to have procedure after procedure. My life is not a game but to them its about money and bull. I want everyone to know because I'm sure I'm not the only one that this is happening to"

"Dr. Picon is great! He listens, he doesn't have one hand on the door knob when he is speaking with a patient. So far, so good. My wait hasn't been long yet, I'm on visit number 3. All of the staff are friendly, and helpful."

"Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and doctors. Photos depict someone with almost no parking skills taking up multiple parking spots making elderly and weak patients have to suffer more."
