"my mother has been since first part of December with no internet sent someone to come fix the issue the first person told them they had to send a bucket truck on site scheduled to be there December 15th NEVER SHOWED had to reschedule another 2 weeks which is TODAY, someone came out put a box on their stuff they had at least cable but now has nothing told us someone would be back out same day to fix our issue NEVER SHOWED AGAIN telling us may need to wait another 2 weeks before service is fixed if that even happens!!!!!!!!!!!
