"Always love grabbing a fast pizza and great customer service"
"I called to order a simple cheese pizza for my Great Grandson which I often do. First of all it takes an act of Congress to get them to answer the phone. I was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes, I was about 30 minutes later getting there, I gave him my name and paid him. Then he walked away. After a few minutes he wondered back up to the front and I ask, where is my pizza, he said in the oven. I waited about 20 minutes and finally asked for a refund. The Manager said we don't give refunds, my husband finally came into the store and told me to get a refund, I told him I had asked for one. The Manager was very rude. She started screaming at us saying they were very busy, and threw an application on the counter and told my husband to fill out an application if he wanted to help, because he told her they needed to get more help. The help also eats at the checkout counter. I saw this with my on eyes. Now what kind of business is this that will allow this kind of thing. Something needs to change"
"Got employees standing around on phones with customers out the door. Then have orders PILED up to where customers in store can’t even order. And they never answer the phone. Called 8 times and they answered and put the phone down. 0/10. I will NOT be going back."
"Wasn’t greeted/acknowledged when I walked in. “Not even a we will be with you in a minute”. 2 of the young men working made eye contact and still didn’t speak. They seem to be having fun at work though. They had no pizzas ready, just one order of wings."
"Lol I’m not trying to make a big deal about it but you guys could have cut my crazy bread better than this. Lol this just pizza no sauce no cheese hold the knife. Literally."
