"Ordered while at work with co-workers. Very disappointed. Food cooked too long (Orange chicken & shrimp dish) tastes a bit old. Lo mein noodles with hardly any flavor. Will not use this location anymore."

"Worst service. The manager Erick is very unprofessional and needs better training. I waited over 15 min for my food as the rice and other items were sitting on the line getting cold. When I got to the register I asked for the food to be remade. The lady running the register made it seem like that was a problem. She walked away and I had to follow and tell her again what was in the order. When it came to the last item on my list she set my order down and walked away to the register to take care of other guest. I again I had to wait another 10 min for them to decide to ring me out and allowe to collect my food. When I asked about a manager Erick said he was in charge.. when I explained to him the situation he made it seem like I was at fault for asking for my food to be remade and asked if I got out of line. When I told him I was at the register and the lady went to make my food he responded that there were Togo orders and other people in front of me. Which was a lie as I was trying to check out but needed my food to be fresh as like others .. I did not want cold chicken or rice. Management really needs to understand how to treat guest as they do have other options to pick from."

"I recently visited Panda Express, a place I frequent every Friday, only to encounter a rather unsettling situation. As I eagerly awaited my order, I was dismayed to spot a cockroach crawling right between the noodles and the rice. To my horror, the ladies standing in front of me witnessed the same unwelcome sight. Reacting instinctively, I let out a scream and promptly walked out. This experience has left me questioning the hygiene standards at this particular location. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant dining environment for their customers."

"Often times chain restaurants have their ups and downs as far as reviews and service. Jabari was very kind and helpful. I haven’t eaten at Panda Express in almost 15 Years. I remember them as being mall food. My food was fresh and delicious. I did not eat or like the teriyaki chicken and Jabari was very nice about fixing the issue. The skin or marinade or whatever is on the chicken had a weird almost slimy texture. I ate the orange chicken ,white rice and steamed veggie all of it hot and fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Would come back again and highly recommend. Thank you Jabari you were awesome."
