"This is really ridiculous from this place that we ordered veggie Mexican pizza and it’s meat in there this is really not acceptable at all and west of my time and money to i really hope some rich out to me and give me my refund plus this employee doesn’t know how to read order because i ordered 3 different souses 12 of each and didn’t bring anything i ask for my souses and they give me only 2 kind and not getting that what I ask for this is horrible service because I don’t eat meat at all and I have beef in my order"

"I would most def give zero stars if I had that option ! I came an hr before they closed. Waited at the speaker box, no response so I said hello. A guy responds & I asked if they had chicken rolled tacos, he said no. Okay so I ordered a regular crunchy taco, a girl starts to speak through the speaker box saying we’re not serving anything but chicken since we close at 10. I said okay can I get the boneless wings. She proceeds to tell & say I said we’re only serving chicken. I said okay is that not chicken ?! I left because she was very unprofessional & clearly not clear on what she meant! Never coming here again. GHETTO!"

"The male taking orders was very friendly, Male taking payments very friendly. However the female passing food never spoke. Gave wrong order almost 2 times. Acted like she had better things to do and could care less. This location is usually pretty friendly and good service but not today"

"This new generation of workers is a striking difference from the previous. Customer service and them do not mix. That is bad for the consumer. The food was horrible, the service was even worse, stood at the counter for almost 6 minutes before being acknowledged with people behind me, listening skills non-existent, patience nowhere to be noticed. The manager on duty was bad. Had no patience in even getting a simple condiment because she was too busy. Total disaster. We see why robots are being experimented with to replace humans in the workplace. Will not be back."

"Thank you CRYSTAL and Ms BRANDY for the great customer service and knowledge about the food items. I didn’t give five stars because when I first walked in no one was at the front counter and after waiting a little while a young man came to the counter but never made eye contact and didn’t speak then began to walk back to the back. I asked if the store was open since no one was at the counter and he didn’t greet me etc. finally he advised he was new and I just asked for someone else. He was pleasant and smiled but I think a little more training in the greeting of customers is needed. The knowledge on products come with time. Ms BRANDY gave me my order and her presence and delivery was excellent she needs a raise! They also have an 94/A score and are hiring."
