"Used to be pretty solid for the most part, but I think over the last couple months there is a new owner and it has gone downhill. It's never staffed at all no matter the time of the day and it's a little bit of a struggle getting the sandwich you want. Even when busy the person is on their AirPods talking on the phone moving at their own pace. You should probably set up an account on the subway app and place your order ahead of time. It might now always be ready but it will help some of the frustration. I mostly just go to Ingles now if I'm unable to place mobile order."
"I went to this Subway specifically because it participated in the BOGO APP deals that most Subway’s do not. I placed my order on the app just like it said to do and at the end of my order it said I didn’t qualify for the BOGO deal. All I got was a classic subway club, how does that not qualify. The BOGO deals are a joke and unusable."
