"First breakfast experience at Wendy's today. English Muffin, Sausage, Egg and Cheese. It was pretty tasty and good price with potatoes. It was a chilly morning, I was on my way home when I discovered my black coffee was barely warm, nothing resembling hot. Big disappointment."

"Food has always been very fresh at this location. Service is…. Eh. They’ve gotten faster than they’ve been in the past, but none of them even attempt a “customer service” voice."

"It has been ,well a bit ( 3-4 mo.)since I have eaten @ Wendies , and the grandkids wanted to stop by for something to eat after our Christmas presentation and oh boy what a SHOKER 2 #1s were $ 23.00 ( the bare basics) . Talk about grinch wendies did it . I told them Santa's budget was $ 100.00 so now it will be $ 75.00 . Oh well I sure won't go there anytime soon . Even the arches is a way better value . Oh and I couldn't even dine in so they could wash their hands before they eat ."

"That was strike three for me, never going back. Pull up to the drive to the drive through you expect an employee to be there to greet you and take your order not two minutes of silence. Service has always been lousy. They really need to clean house. Never again won't waist my time. Sad, Wendy's is usually good."
