"I pulled into Jack's in Barnesville yesterday 2-14 to get my usual, bigger jack, no ketchup, no tomatoe. It was the only thing I had all day. That evening I started feeling bad, and evening went downhill from there. Now I'm missing work, I can't hold anything down, and I'm extremely dehydrated. The employees need to be trained in food safety. I'm almost positive that the mayonnaise is what caused this."

"We stopped going to Jacks for a long time due to slow service and bad food. We were in the area so we decided to give it a shot again. Donald is phenomenal! This man was practically running in there, getting stuff done. So polite, helpful and we had our food in less than 3 minutes! A stark change from every previous visit! Donald, thank you for caring about what you do sir!"

"I had a great experience. It was late and not busy and I pulled up to tge drive through for a family dinner box. I did not have to wait long. The employees were polite and the food was good especially the biscuits. Keep up the good work."

"I am not the one to usually go online to complain about a place, but the visit this morning was beyond ridiculous. I came in and placed my order at 09:44 AM and received my order around 10:41 AM. When I placed my order I was told it will be 10 minutes on biscuits and I said ok. I stood patiently as I watched order after order filled. Some of the orders I overheard were orders that contained biscuits. So did the biscuit fairy come down especially for them and skipped over my order? I even seen people come in after me, place an order, and receive their food. So when I finally receive my order, you handed it off to the young lady beside you to hand to me. So after standing there patiently, you all of a sudden couldn't acknowledge and apologize for the inconvenience as you so nicely did to others. Then, when I get home, I see that part of my order is wrong. I will never visit or spend another cent at this restaurant, and I definitely will not recommend it to anyone. Take whatever you want from this review and spend your money where you choose, but as for me and mine, it will never be at this establishment again."

"Around 9 a.m. in the drive-thru, I ordered a breakfast platter with bacon and a chicken biscuit combo with a coke. I get home open my platter and it's an entire mess. The gravy is on everything along with the grits, bacon, eggs, and biscuit. It's now breakfast soup inside the bag. I called the mgr and explained the situation to which he replied, he would replace it & next time I order it to ask them to separate the grits & gravy. I'm tired and told him I'd sort it out. I thanked him for the info & hung up. I just wanted something to give to my child that she would eat at this point. I then reached inside the bag to get my chicken biscuit to which I had 3 hashbrowns and no biscuit. I went to the restaurant to get everything exchanged so I could enjoy a hot breakfast. I get home and I have no hashbrowns. I'm not mad, I'm disappointed. Why? I did everything right. I was nice, I never raised my voice. I even explained the situation. I gave 3 stars because everything else was right. Yes, I take fault for not checking the bag but can't a girl just miss the good ol' days of just being a customer and not having to check the bag bc people do their job right and give you fresh food and not expect you to eat cold hasbrowns when the rest of the meal is fresh."
