"The hotel was clean, safe and convenient to the interstate. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable."
"There is a distinct cleaning product smell through the hotel. Rooms are decent size. Breakfast offerings were okay. The service was excellent. Beds were comfortable. There were a gew things not working and the walls are really thin. There are fire sprinklers, so that is good. It was good for the might we stayed."
"Complete scam. We went inside and were charged $150 for the night. Then they claimed that they “do not see it in their system.” After the front desk kid overheard us say it was a cashapp card, he claims that their system “doesn’t take cashapp” as if it didn’t just come out of the bank account. Very unprofessional, and we are filing a police report. The lady was also very rude and got very angry about being accused of theft. I hope they are soon caught for running this fraud."
"We will stay here again! Clean spacious king-size room, right off the hiway location, waffles for breakfast and the friendliest service....every day! My family stayed 6 nights, and it was perfect. Thank you, Stephanie, for your attention to our every need. You and all the staff are rock stars!!"
"Jay (the owner)and robin (The manager) were very rude! I got charged 2 times for one night. They both didn’t care and still wanted me to pay for the nights I already got charged for. Please understand they don’t have any respect for there customers and I’m a diamond choice member and they still treated me very poorly.. Trust me there are many hotels that have better energy and will hear the customer out and try to actually help.. Everyone else was great except the manager and owner. Horrible energy. Unacceptable.."
